What is Sabre Red Web?
Sabre Red Web, often written SRW, is the browser-based edition of the Sabre agency workspace that travel consultants use to shop, price and book travel. It replaced the older desktop client for most agencies, which means an agent reaches the same global distribution system content from any supported browser, on a station, a laptop or a home setup, without installing agency software first.
Signing in needs three identifiers and one code. The Sabre ID is the account your agency issues for you. The PWD is the password that belongs to that ID, and it is personal: two agents in the same office never share one. The PCC, or pseudo city code, identifies the agency and the ticketing office your bookings belong to, and it is supplied with your agency's Sabre agreement. The authenticator code is the six-digit number produced by the multi-factor app paired with your account, and it is replaced roughly every thirty seconds.
Why multi-factor authentication exists: a live Sabre ID can price and ticket real customer itineraries, so a password alone is a valuable thing to steal. Pairing the password with a rotating code means a copied password is not enough to open a session, which is why the authenticator field is checked before the workspace is handed to you.
The sign-in problems agents hit most are easy to confuse with each other: a code typed just as it expired, a PCC that belongs to a different office, an ID locked after repeated failed attempts, or a browser refusing the session cookie. Practising on a replica of the sign-in form teaches the difference between a wrong password and a wrong code while nothing real is at stake.
That is what this site is for. It reproduces the Sabre Red Web sign-in screen, checks the authenticator code the way the real form does, reports every attempt to the instructor running the session, and hands a successful sign-in to a simulated Agent Dashboard and server connection. When you are ready to work in the real system, use your own credentials on your agency's login page, and keep the support teams close if anything on the form behaves unexpectedly.

Signing in to Sabre Red Web
A walkthrough of the enterprise sign-in form: your Sabre ID, your PWD, your PCC and the six-digit authenticator code, and what each field is checking before the workspace opens.
- Your Sabre ID and PWD are personal; never share them with another agent
- The authenticator code is checked before the session is handed over
- Practise here until the field order feels automatic

Your PCC and agency identity
What a pseudo city code represents, why it travels with every booking, and how to tell an agency PCC apart from an office-level code when you are asked for it.
- The PCC identifies the agency and ticketing office, not the agent
- A booking is ticketed under the PCC the session signed in with
- Wrong-office PCCs are a common cause of sign-in confusion

Authenticator codes and multi-factor authentication
How a rotating six-digit code protects a Sabre session, why an expired code is rejected, and how to react when the code on screen does not match what you typed.
- Codes rotate roughly every thirty seconds
- Enter a fresh code rather than retyping an expired one
- Repeated failed attempts can lock an ID, so slow down
